The City of Thornton is giving notice of the City’s intent to submit a Texas Community Development Block Grant Program application for a Community Development Fund grant request for $750,000 for street improvement projects located on Bowie St., Lamar St., and Ellis St.
The application is available for review at City Hall, 708 A Highway 14, Thornton, Texas 76687, during regular business hours.
